| I have held many positions at St. Paul the Apostle School in the past 30 years. I was the librarian for 20 years – I worked on obtaining MLS during that time. I am the audio-visual department director. I learned how to program computers in 1982. I am now the school technology manager, which includes keeping the school computers, networking & servers always up & functioning. |

| I am a licensed Psychologist, Marriage and Family Therapist and credentialed school counselor. I received my Masters’ degree in Counseling from LMU, Los Angeles, and a Master’s degree and Doctorate form CSPP in Clinical Psychology. I have been the school counselor since 1984. In my pre-doctoral internship I trained at Glen Roberts Child Study Center, and served a post-doctoral position at 1736 Family Crisis Center. I recently taught a graduate level class at LMU School of education, and I’m a presenter at the Marriage Preparation Classes at St. Paul the Apostle Parish. |

| I am in my 8th year at St. Paul’s. I received my undergraduate degree in Theatre Arts form USC and My Master’s degree in Catholic Inclusive education from LMU, Los Angeles. I follow the Jesuit philosophy of “Respect, Educate, Advocate, Lead in my approach to teaching. I am a member of the Archdiocesan Inclusion committee. I have completed Dr. Levine’s “Schools Attuned” Professional Development and Service program, which trains educators to recognize each student’s individual learning style. I am an active member of St. Paul the Apostle parish, where I serve on the liturgy committee, as a lector, and Eucharistic Minister. |

In 2006 I began a musical theatre program at St. Paul the Apostle. |

Previously, I had taught 13 years in the Los Angeles City School system where I served as a 2nd, 2/3, 2/3/4, and 4th grade teacher. I was also a Bilingual Coordinator, Early Childhood Education Coordinator, Integration
Coordinator, Parent Liaison/Acting Assistant Principal/Title One Coordinator, I taught English as a Second Language in night school. I taught Spanish as a Second Language to Elementary School teachers in LAUSD. I received my B.A. from U.C.L.A., my Elementary Teaching Credential K-8 from California State University, Northridge, and my M.A. in Educational Administration from Cal State L.A./USC through the L.A.U.S.D. I came from England to California and my first school was St. Anthony's in El Segundo I moved to St. Augustine's in Culver City, after 5 years I moved to San Francisco to our Japanese Mission school where I was for a few years. After that I moved to St. Michael's School where I remained for about 19 years. I came back to Los Angeles to St Augustine's in Culver City where I worked for many years . Sister Stella asked me to help at St. Paul's. I teach 4th grade religion. |

| I attended North Sydney Catholic Teachers' College and earned a Diploma for teaching grades K-6.. I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English and continued studies at L.M.U. to receive a Master's Degree in Education, a Master's Degree in teaching Reading, a California teaching credential, and a California Reading Specialist Credential. I have been a member of the SPA faculty since 1990, teaching Language Arts to 7th grade and math teacher to 7th and 8th grades. In 1993, I took on the positions of Assistant Principal and Math chairperson. I now teach math, science, and religion to 4th grade. I am currently teaching 4th grade math and science and a 5th grade math class. |

I worked in the LA Unified School District. I have been part of the faculty here at SPA ever since. I have taught 2nd grade for 3 years, Kindergarten for 15 years, and 7/8th grade Math and Religion for 7 years. I added 6th grade Math 3 years ago. I am now the Assistant Principal and Religion Department Chairperson. |

S. in Education degree; completed unit requirements for M.A. in English at Loyola Graduate School; taught third grade for five years at a Catholic school for boys and Oral English for eight years (grades 8-10) in a Catholic school for girls; was elocution coach in both schools.
U.S.: Worked with educators at Consultants in Total Education for four years, helping design lessons for Mexican-Americans and Navajo Indians; was one of the teacher trainers in Navajoland.
I have been with St. Paul’s as the Writing to Read teacher for Kindergarten and first grade. This is my 21st year…and loving it! |
