Admission Process for Grades 1-8

Tours for those interested in grades 1-8 will be held on

November 29, 30, and December 1st 2016 at 8:30am and 10:30am.  An additional tour will be held at 1:30PM on Wednesday the 30th.

You do not need to pre-register for a tour.  Tours last between 40-60 minutes and are led by two of our student council representatives.

Applications will remain open for the entire school year; however, completed applications that are submitted prior to January 20, 2017 will receive priority scheduling for interviews.


Application Requirements

Each application will consist of an online questionnaire, a set of required documents to be uploaded and a non-refundable application fee.  An application will not be complete until all are submitted.

Required documents include: *

  1. Photograph of your child
  2. Legal Birth Certificate (No hospital certificates)
  3. Baptismal Certificate
  4. Separated or Divorced Parents and Legal Guardians: You must include a court-certified copy of the Custody section of the Divorce or Separation Decree.
  5. Recommendation Form

* Scanned and saved as PDF’s or JPG’s recommended


*Recommendation Form: (encompasses the following:)

  • Report cards for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017
  • Standardized testing results for 2015-2016 and 2016-2017.
  • Online recommendation from previous school

Application Fee (non-refundable):

  • $60 — submitted mid-October to December 31, 2016
  • $100 — submitted on or after January 1, 2017 
  • DOES NOT guarantee an interview.  It is used to process your application.

Applicants are interviewed beginning the week of January 22, 2017.

Notification for interviews will be sent to families via email.  Please advise the registrar of any changes in your contact information.

Interviews are scheduled in the following order:

  • Siblings of current students
  • Registered parishioners/Catholics
  • Non-Catholics

The number of students interviewed each year depends on the space available in each grade level.

Decision letters and wait list status should be received by the end of March 2017.

Applicant Pool

  • If given the option to remain in our applicant pool, your application will be reviewed and considered should a space become available.

Wait List

  • Placement is based on availability at the start of the next school year.
  • Placement is for two years.  During this time if you wish to remain on the wait list, you will be asked to annually check/update your information and pay a $10 re-processing fee.
  • After two years, you will be asked to re-apply.
